Welcome to Webnest. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to keep expectations clear and ensure a smooth working relationship for both parties.

Services

Webnest provides affordable 3-page business websites designed for simple informational use only.

Included pages:

  • Home
  • Services
  • Contact

Webnest does not currently provide:

  • E-commerce websites
  • Large or complex custom websites
  • Advanced web applications
  • Marketing or advertising services

Pricing

Webnest websites require:

  • A one-time setup fee of $350 USD
  • An ongoing subscription fee of $149 USD per month

After 12 continuous months of active subscription, the monthly fee is reduced to $59 USD per month for ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support.

Prices may change for future clients but will remain honoured for existing agreed plans unless otherwise discussed.

Subscription & Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

If a subscription is cancelled before the initial 12-month period is completed:

  • The website will be taken offline
  • Hosting and maintenance services will end
  • Ownership transfer is not included

After 12 months:

  • Clients may continue hosting with Webnest
  • Or request a copy of the website for migration elsewhere

Migration support may incur an additional fee.

Website Ownership

After 12 months of active subscription payments, the website is considered owned by the client.

Ownership includes:

  • Website files
  • Website content provided by the client
  • Website design customized for the client’s business

Third-party licenses, plugins, fonts, or tools may still remain subject to their own licensing terms.

Turnaround Time

A working draft is typically provided within 7–10 working days after receiving:

  • Completed questionnaire
  • Business information
  • Required content and assets

Delays in communication or missing information may affect turnaround times.

Revisions & Changes

Webnest works collaboratively with clients during the design process.

Reasonable revisions are included during the draft stage. However:

  • Major redesign requests
  • Additional pages
  • Expanded project scope may require additional charges.

After the first 12 months, the maintenance plan includes up to 3 small content updates per month.

Examples of small updates:

  • Text edits
  • Image replacements
  • Contact detail updates

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information
  • Responding to feedback requests promptly
  • Ensuring provided content does not infringe copyright or law

Acceptable Use

Webnest reserves the right to refuse projects involving:

  • Illegal activity
  • Harmful or abusive content
  • Fraudulent businesses
  • Adult or prohibited content

Liability

While Webnest aims to provide reliable website services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes resulting from website use.

Webnest is not liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Missed revenue
  • Third-party outages
  • External platform issues

Changes to Terms

Webnest may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page.
